Monday - Work time until Spanish at 9:30 followed by art until 10:35. Then work time resumes. Band members leave for band from 11:40-12:10. We clean up at 11:45 and have journaling and storytime. Then recess is at 12:05 until 12:30. Lunch follows from 12:35 to 12:55. The children do silent reading when they return from lunch until 1:15. At that time, we have science which is whole group until 2:20. Recess begins at 2:40 and ends at 3:10. Dismissal is at 3:13!
Tuesday - Work time until music time at 10:40 - 11:10. Band members (6th graders) leave for band at 11:15-11:45. We clean up at 11:45 and have journaling and storytime. Then recess is at 12:05 until 12:30. Lunch follows from 12:35 to 12:55. The chidlren do silent reading when they return from lunch until 1:15. At that time, we have writing time which is whole group until 1:50 then we have gym at 1:50-2:20. Recess begins at 2:40 and ends at 3:10. Dismissal is at 3:13!
Wednesday - work time until 10:40 when Spanish begins. It ends at 11:10. Work time then resumes untils clean up time at 11:45. We then have journaling and storytime. Friday - Work time that involves Spelling Checks. We also have individual conferences to make sure your child is working to their best potential. We end at 11:45 with journaling and storytime.
